Connect your PROFINET IO Controller to SNMP enabled devices
The 460PSSM moves data between PROFINET IO Controllers and SNMP Agents. With support for SNMPv1 and SNMPv2c it has never been easier to bring data from all your SNMP enabled network devices to your factory floor. Best of all, the product comes with 5-year warranty.
How Do I Use the 460PSSM in My Application?
Data from your SNMP Agent device is written directly into the data table in your PROFINET IO Controller. Receive SNMP trap information with up to 10 variable bindings. Use the RTA provided PC based tool to find and display all available Object Identifiers, then export to a file to be imported into the gateway and used for configuration.
Why Use RTA As Your Gateway Supplier?
Other companies might offer protocol gateways, but nobody matches the support and service you’ll get from RTA. When you call, a real person picks up the phone. Sales gives you straight answers and solid recommendations. And when you need support, you’ll talk to an engineer who helped build the product—no tickets, no waiting, just real help, right away.

What our Customers are Saying
“I challenged a customer to get it working by the time I got back from his break room with a Coke and he indeed had it working when I got back. He then said, "It’s worth twice the price!"”
Eric P. / Kendall Electric
“Everything seems to be working as we imagined. Thanks for the great response time. I did not see any way to save the configuration other than screen shots, but the configuration did not get lost in the update. Thanks again, and you were a pleasure to work with.”
Kevin L. / Extol, Inc.
