Get Raw TCP Data Into Your DeviceNet Network
The 460DSTCP moves data between a DeviceNet Master device and an Ethernet TCP/IP device. Ethernet TCP/IP is nothing more than ASCII data encapsulated in a TCP/IP packet.

With the 460DSTCP you have a tool to help you interpret the ASCII data and then pass it your user define data locations on DeviceNet. You can also send ASCII commands and control messages to your Ethernet TCP/IP Devices.
Perfect for Printers, and PC interfaces.

How It Works
Up to 240 bytes of Ethernet TCP/IP data will be mapped into your DeviceNet Master device. When writing from your DeviceNet Master to your Ethernet TCP/IP devices, up to 240 bytes of DeviceNet output data will be sent as Ethernet TCP/IP data.

It’s really that simple. Need to modify your data as it passes from one protocol to the other? No problem. Each data mapping you apply can be modified with up to 3 mathematic functions. Add 4 to a value, multiply by 4 and divide by 10 with ease.

Why use Real Time Automation as a Gateway Supplier?
The 460DSTCP provides an option to access Ethernet TCP/IP devices in your established DeviceNet PLC’s. While there are certainly a number of other companies offering stand alone gateways, there is no one who provides the level of support and service that you receive from RTA.

When you call, a live person answers the phone. When you talk with sales, you will get honest answers and recommendations even if that means recommending someone else’s solution. When you get support, it is from an engineer who had a hand in the product’s development, and support doesn’t require a ticket or 24 hour wait. We are unashamed of the fact that we are a smaller company because that means you mean a lot more to us.

What our Customers are Saying

“I challenged a customer to get it working by the time I got back from his break room with a Coke and he indeed had it working when I got back. He then said, "It’s worth twice the price!"”

Eric P. / Kendall Electric

“Everything seems to be working as we imagined. Thanks for the great response time. I did not see any way to save the configuration other than screen shots, but the configuration did not get lost in the update. Thanks again, and you were a pleasure to work with.”
