Product Description

Get Your EtherNet/IP Adapters Connected Directly to the Data Table of Your Legacy Allen-Bradley PLCs

The 460ECETC moves data between up to 32 EtherNet/IP Adapter devices and up to 5 AB PLCs.

Have an Allen-Bradley PLC that doesn’t support Ethernet/IP? Move data from your EtherNet/IP Adapter devices to low level legacy Allen-Bradley PLCs like the Micrologix, SLC 505, and PLC5E. Need to limit the number of EtherNet/IP connections to your ControlLogix or CompactLogix? The 460ECETC does not require an EtherNet/IP connection.

Best of all the product is Made in the USA, is always in stock and comes with 5 year warranty.

How Does the Data Move In and Out of the Allen-Bradley PLC?
You allocate two areas of register blocks in your Allen-Bradley PLC. One area is a user defined set of write only registers accepting data from your EtherNet/IP devices. The other area is full of read only register blocks to send data to your EtherNet/IP devices. You directly map EtherNet/IP data into read and write locations in the data table of your MicroLogix PLC.

It’s really that simple. Need to modify your data as it passes from one protocol to the other? No problem. Each data mapping you apply can be modified with up to 3 mathematic functions.

Why Use Real Time Automation as a Gateway Supplier?
The 460ECETC provides an option to access EtherNet/IP Adapter devices without having to upgrade your PLC or get an expensive in-rack solution. While there are certainly a number of other companies offering stand alone gateways, there is no one who provides the level of support and service that you receive from RTA.

When you call, a live person answers the phone. When you talk with sales, you will get honest answers and recommendations even if that means recommending someone else’s solution. When you get support, it is from an engineer who had a hand in the product’s development, and support doesn’t require a ticket or 24 hour wait. We are unashamed of the fact that we are a smaller company because that means you mean a lot more to us.

Try the RTA difference today and give us a call at 1-800-249-1612.
