Connect BACnet/IP Servers to an EtherNet/IP Scanner Device
The 460ESBC moves data between a network of up to 32 BACnet/IP Server devices and an EtherNet/IP Client. It’s the perfect tool to tie your BACnet/IP Server devices to your EtherNet/IP system.

How Do I Use the 460ESBC in My Application?
Up to 480 bytes of data from your EtherNet/IP Scanner will be mapped into your BACnet/IP Server devices as BACnet/IP data. When writing from your BACnet/IP Servers to your EtherNet/IP Scanner, BACnet/IP data will be mapped to your EtherNet/IP Scanners as EtherNet/IP data. Up to 10 Scanners can listen, while only one can write back to your BACnet/IP Servers.

It’s really that simple. Need to modify your data as it passes from one protocol to the other? No problem. Each data mapping you apply can be modified with up to 3 mathematic functions. Add 4 to a value, multiply by 4 and divide by 10 with ease.
