Modbus TCP/IP Data Manipulation

Manipulate Modbus TCP/IP Data Between Client and Server Devices

Manipulate Modbus TCP/IP Server Data Moving to a Modbus TCP/IP Client
The 460MCMS moves data between up to 32 Modbus TCP/IP Server devices and a Modbus TCP/IP Client.

With the 460MCMS Register and Coil data can freely move between any devices connected to the gateway.

Why Do a I need a gateway to connect Modbus TCP/IP Servers to a Client?
99% of the time the answer is you don’t. Modbus TCP/IP Clients are designed to talk with multiple Server devices. The 460MCMS is designed for those 1% of times when you have to manipulate your data, slow down the flow of data or allow a Client to handle more Servers than it supports.

Need to scale your data or manipulate it with other math functions? Do you have a Client overwhelming the processor of your server device? Do you have too many devices connected your Client? The 460MCMS allows you to add scaling to any data, apply simple math operations, add alarming and control the request speeds of your server devices. It can also concatenate multiple server devices into 1 device allowing your Client to communicate with more devices.

Why Use Real Time Automation as a Gateway Supplier?
The 460MCMS provides an option to manage Modbus TCP/IP device data and pass it to a Modbus TCP/IP Client. While there are certainly a number of other companies offering solutions like ours, there is no one who provides the level of support and service that you receive from RTA.

When you call, a live person answers the phone. When you talk with sales, you will get honest answers and recommendations even if that means recommending someone else’s solution. When you get support, it is from an engineer who had a hand in the product’s development, and that doesn’t require a ticket or 24 hour wait. We are unashamed of the fact that we are a smaller company because, that means, you mean more to us.

What our Customers are Saying

“I challenged a customer to get it working by the time I got back from his break room with a Coke and he indeed had it working when I got back. He then said, "It’s worth twice the price!"”

Eric P. / Kendall Electric

“Everything seems to be working as we imagined. Thanks for the great response time. I did not see any way to save the configuration other than screen shots, but the configuration did not get lost in the update. Thanks again, and you were a pleasure to work with.”
